Production Method

It is enriched with a suitable quantity of vinegar aged for a minimum of ten years, along with vinegar derived solely from the acidification of wine at a minimum rate of 10%. To guarantee the distinctive sensory qualities of ‘Aceto Balsamico di Modena,’ the must must originate from grape varieties such as Lambruschi, Sangiovese, Trebbiani, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, and Montuni. Balsamic vinegar must be produced in the administrative region of the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
