Ingredients
- Alcohols: The active ingredients in Platanis antibacterial hand gel are ethanol (ethyl alcohol) and isopropanol (isopropyl alcohol) at concentrations of 20% and 50% respectively. Alcohol is effective at killing a broad spectrum of bacteria, viruses, and fungi by denaturing their proteins and disrupting their cell membranes.
- Water: Helps to dilute the alcohol to a safe and effective concentration and acts as a solvent.
- Glycerin: Moisturizes the skin and prevents it from drying out.
